Applicable to all promotional vouchers issued by Sale Restaurant BSD

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all vouchers (physical or digital) issued by Sale Restaurant BSD for promotional, prize, collaboration, or marketing purposes.
1.2. The use of any Sale Restaurant voucher implies full acceptance of these terms.
1.3. All vouchers are property of Sale Restaurant BSD and may be revoked or canceled at any time if misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms is suspected.
1.4. Management reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2.1. Each voucher is valid only for the period stated on the voucher and expires automatically on the date mentioned.
2.2. Expired vouchers will not be extended, reissued, or refunded.
2.3. Vouchers must be used in full within a single visit. No balance or credit will be carried forward.

3.1. Vouchers are valid for dine-in only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.2. Vouchers must be presented before placing the order.
3.3. Only one voucher per table, per visit is allowed unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
3.4. Voucher holders must inform the service staff upon arrival that they wish to redeem a voucher.
3.5. Voucher redemption is subject to availability. Sale Restaurant BSD reserves the right to refuse redemption during peak hours, private events, or black-out dates (e.g. Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Valentine's Day).

4.1. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, change, credit, or other items.
4.2. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, loyalty points, or discounts.
4.3. Sale Restaurant BSD is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or duplicated vouchers.
4.4. Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom it was originally issued.
4.5. Photocopies or screenshots of physical vouchers will not be accepted.
4.6. Management reserves the right to refuse service or reject any voucher that appears altered, counterfeit, or suspicious.

5.1. Some vouchers may be linked to a specific event, partner or campaign and are only redeemable within the scope of that activity.
5.2. Partner-branded vouchers must be presented with partner name visible and may include additional limitations (e.g. location, time, quantity).
5.3. “Buy One Get One” (BOGO) offers are valid only on selected menu items and cannot be changed without prior notice.
5.4. Wine-related vouchers are only redeemable by guests aged 21+ and require valid photo ID.

6.1. In case of closure due to maintenance, private booking, or external disruptions (e.g. flooding, pandemic, power outage), vouchers may be rescheduled at the discretion of management.
6.2. Sale Restaurant BSD is not liable for any inconvenience, lost time or opportunity cost resulting from temporary unavailability of services.
6.3. No compensation will be issued in such cases unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.1. Sale Restaurant BSD branding, logo, and voucher formats are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or reused without authorization.
7.2. Any promotional posts made in connection with voucher use (e.g. Instagram tags, reposts) may be used for marketing purposes by Sale Restaurant BSD unless the guest opts out in writing.

8.1. Any dispute regarding the use or interpretation of voucher terms shall be resolved amicably through communication with the restaurant’s management team.
8.2. In case of unresolved disagreement, the applicable law will be Indonesian commercial law, and jurisdiction falls under Tangerang Selatan.
