With 17 years of experience in the culinary industry, Ghema has traveled extensively, gathering knowledge and skills from various restaurants. "I moved from restaurant to restaurant, and some periods were hectic. But I enjoy it," Ghema told us. "Perhaps because of my family background in catering, I grew accustomed to experimenting with cooking potatoes, sambal, and assisting with food preparation for events."

After high school, Ghema embarked on a professional career in the culinary field, honing his skills in Italian food and developing his unique style. "Most of what I love to cook is inspired by Western and European traditions," Ghema revealed. Through years of dedication, he has refined his techniques, tackling the challenges presented by the culinary world.

Being a chef requires commitment and passion. Ghema has gained the trust of his mentors and expanded his culinary knowledge, especially in crafting high-quality Italian dishes.
